What is your pricing model?
We only operate on a fixed fee basis. With everything agreed in advance, there are no surprises and you will know exactly what you are paying for.
How do I pay for your services?
Most of our clients pay by monthly direct debit for simplicity, some choose to pay upfront.
Are your accountants insured?
Yes, everyone has Professional Indemnity Insurance and is a fully qualified (ACA) member of the ICAEW
How do I know if Cornerstone can meet my requirements?
We offer a free, initial consultation to make sure that this is the right fit for you, and the right fit for us. By taking the initial time to understand your business needs, we're able to tailor our service from there on out and make sure that you get the best value for your money.
Do I need knowledge of accounting and tax?
No. We take care of everything – we manage your finances so that you can concentrate on running and developing your business.
Who will be doing the work?
You will deal directly with your accountant for all your needs. If your work is highly specialised or covers a niche area, there may be times where you will be referred to a third-party organisation, but this is always discussed beforehand.
